What course formats are available?
All courses are offered in both self-paced online video modules and live instructor-led sessions. You can switch between formats at any time.
What tools and materials will I need?
Each course kit includes brushes, rollers, trays, masking tape, and drop cloths. Students only need to purchase their own paint colors and a stepladder if working at home.
Are the courses compliant with safety standards?
Yes. Every lesson covers OSHA-aligned safety protocols, proper ventilation, personal protective equipment use, and hazardous material handling for both residential and commercial spaces.
Do I receive a certificate upon completion?
All students receive a digital certificate of completion. Professional certification tracks also include an industry-recognized badge valid for three years.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available within 14 days if you have not started more than 30% of the course content. Partial refunds are available until the 45-day mark.
Do you offer team or enterprise licenses?
Yes. Our Enterprise plan supports unlimited team members, shared progress dashboards, and customized certificates for groups of 10 or more students.
How long do I have access to course materials?
Lifetime access is granted to all purchased courses. Materials are updated automatically at no extra charge whenever new techniques or standards are released.
